Flawless performance

tedk7 - 1 hour ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have owned the Moto g power (2021) for over three months. This is an excellent choice for the average phone user. Call quality is excellent with good volume. Texting works fine. Music quality over earphones is superb. Battery life is above average. The camera takes good pictures. The phone appears to be well made and has a nice solid feel. One could spend a lot more on a phone without gaining any appreciable advantage.

Jenn23 - 21 hours ago

Not an upgrade

Jose - 22 hours ago

You basically get what you pay for. Cheap price cheap phone. I was told it was the newest model, that doesn't mean it's a good phone. No 4k videos, slow loading speeds (and it wasn't due to my wifi),the swipe right/left feature to go back a screen is so annoying because it's so sensitive, and it's been freezing up on me. Over all if you want a cheap smartphone this is it but you want the full package you gotta pay the price unfortunately.

Lousy outgoing calls

Bblonde38 - 22 hours ago

I gave this phone a "2" only because everything else works great, but my callers get a "wavy" sound when I call them. I can hear them, they can't hear me. Not worth the hassle.

Thanks for reporting this to us and this is unexpected for the Moto G Power. We stand behind our products and we are here to help. Kindly email us at supportforums@motorola.com with this as a reference and we'll be there to assist you resolving this matter. - Frank MotorolaMobility

No WiFi Calling

Wes1 - 22 hours ago

I live in a pretty remote area with limited cell service, so wifi calling is a top priority for a phone. Battery life is good, camera is ok.

No outgoing call service

Unhappy - 8 hours ago

There is no outgoing call service unless I am on Wifi, which drops occasionally as well. I cannot place a call from any area I normally could have with my old Motorola that was 4 years older. Cell phone not for areas without Wifi calling capability.

1. Based on average battery life under typical usage conditions. Average expected performance based on typical use. Actual battery life depends on factors such as network, features selected, frequency of calls, and voice data, and other application usage patterns. Results may vary.
2. Battery must be substantially depleted; charging rate slows as charging progresses.
3. The 48MP sensor combines 4 pixels into 1, for an effective photo resolution of 12MP.
4. Water-repellent design creates a barrier to help protect against moderate exposure to water such as accidental spills, splashes or light rain. Not designed to be submersed in water, or exposed to pressurized water, or other liquids; may diminish over time. Not waterproof.
5. Available user storage is less due to preloaded software, and is subject to change without notice due to software updates.
6. MicroSD card sold separately. Content with DRM restrictions may not be able to be moved to the card.
