Great phone

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have not 1 clue why almost every review is bad? This phone is the best! I've had every note except the 7 and they get better each yr. I'll admit they kind of downgraded as far as spece goes though. The US version of this phone only has 128gb but the other versions have up to 512gb. You pay more for less storage but I'm OK with that cause I have an SD card. I still have more than half space left plus I kept my note 9 and 10 plus which has 256gb. If you're looking to save a buck and you already have a note 10 phone then stick with that till either the price goes down or the note 21 is released but if you do a trade in Verizon or best buy give you a great deal on a monthly device payment plan. I got mine from best buy but am a Verizon wireless customer. I did my research for days till I took the plunge and got this phone. All the bad reviews on here almost made me not get it but I watched videos and read best buy reviews and hardly anyone whined. The battery life is just as great as my note 10 plus and everyone kept saying on here how bad it was. How and why is it bad? I'm a heavy user and yes I close out apps but I don't have it on battery saving mode and I can still go all day on this phone. I'm no photographer but the camera did improve a lot better than the last note. I even have a camera screen protector over it and it's still clear and takes beautiful pics! The phone runs faster and smoother as was expected but you honestly don't need it that high and can go back to 60 and it's still fast. Some ppl figure turning it down saves on battery which may be the case so do what saves on your battery. And ppl also said phone gets hot to the touch which the 1st 2 days when I got this I didn't have a case on it since I was waiting for it in the mail and it barely got that warm and I was on it for hrs on end. It's an inch bigger than the note 10 plus which is 1 of the reason I got it. It's still comfortable to hold and my hands aren't big at all. You can also use 1 hand mode or shrink whichever app you're using to make it easier. I never write reviews but I felt the need to cause I don't think anyone should listen to these bad reviews. I love everything about this phone. Yes there's not much difference from my note 10 plus except faster processor, camera and the new s-pen features so it's not like I needed it since my 10 plus was less than 2 yrs old but I always have to get the latest and greatest. I even have the iPhone 12 pro max and apple never changes. I don't dislike Apple but when are they going to catch up to Samsung phones? They've done the same boring things for yrs. The latest improvement of theirs is getting widgets. If you get a samsung phone esp this 1 it's an everything phone. I don't play games but if you're a gamer this is def the phone for you and I don't know why ppl said the phone freezes a lot. I've had it since last Thurs and it hasn't froze once and as I said I'm a very heavy user. If you don't like the fact that they gone and done away with the led light alert download AOD notify and you will be notified with everything also if you're 1 of those ppl that miss the headphone jack gotta get used to it cause both Apple and Samsung aren't coming back with it. Use an adapter like I do and of course there's always Bluetooth. I can go on and on about all the great things on this phone but I'm not on here to write a book. I just am still trying to comprehend why there's so many bad reviews? I love this phone!

Awesome Phone

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I was reading some of the reviews on here and I was shocked to see so many negative reviews on this phone. I've owned 6 different iPhones and this is the 5th Note device that I've owned and I'll never go back to Apple. Every time I get a new note device the phone just keeps getting better. This phone has awesome graphics, I love the brightness of the screen, the battery lasts all day, it has an awesome camera and the new 120 refresh rate makes scrolling on this phone very smooth. Samsung did a great thing when they added the "Samsung Free" on here. You can watch live TV on here and it's free! It's not an app, it's a page on your phone and you can choose to turn the feature on or off. You have your own TV guide, just like you do at home and you can watch Live TV and it even works on your data plan, you don't have to be on wifi (no buffering with a 5G phone) It's awesome! There is so many good features on this phone. One guy had a review saying that this was the most awful phone he had ever owned and he went on and on about the screen touch sensitivity and that he accidentally opened too many tabs. It's called 'Operator Error" You can adjust the screen sensitivity on this phone like most phones. If you're thinking about buying this phone, you should give it a try. I think when people don't know how to operate a phone, they get frustrated and post reviews like that because they are mad. People like me who are happy don't come in and take the time to write a positive review. So here's a positive one for you.

I upgraded from the note 10 plus

Only because I needed a quarantine spirit lifter. It was a good decision, mainly because of the camera. The pro mode produces really good results. Focus and resolution are very good, even in standard mode. But the default camera mode overexposes. As did the note 10 plus. Use the exposure compensation on the pro mode, and dial down the exposure, and you can get sharp images with really interesting and subtle lighting.

One Of Greatest Phones Ever Made.

This phone is excellent. I went from the note 8 to the note 20 ultra 5g. 120hz screen, beautiful quality, 8k camera, I can talk and use my mobile data to go on the internet at the same time, I don't need mobile data to send group texts or to send messages with pictures or videos. Samsung > Apple. 10/10.

Definitely recommend

I purchased the phone for my daughter and the phone was not working properly. I called Verizon support and Michael was absolutely phenomenal and had us reset the network. The phone works awesome. The speed is incredible and it is very solid holding it in your hand. If anyone is complaining of the network not working properly as in dropping calls or not being able to access online reset the network. Easy peasy. Very happy

1. Based on average battery life under typical usage conditions. Average expected performance based on typical use. Actual battery life depends on factors such as network, features selected, frequency of calls, and voice, data, and other application usage patterns. Results may vary.
2. Measured diagonally, the screen size is 6.9" in the full rectangle and 6.8" accounting for the rounded corners. Actual viewable area is less due to the rounded corners and camera lens.
3.5G Ultra Wideband available only in parts of select cities. 5G Nationwide available in 2,700+ cities.
4. When using the included charger and cable.
5. Wireless DeX requires smart TV with Miracast support; both devices must be on the same wi-fi network.
